WHERE?
Walk starts and finishes in the Blue Mountains on Faulconbridge Railway Station platform. Meeting there at 10.50 am ending there at 4.10 pm. Can be back in Katoomba by 5.20 pm or Sydney by 5.50 pm
HOW?
BY RAIL - – N.B. At Faulconbridge Station toilets are locked so please use train. Our train stops are brief so please be at the door ready to get off.
FROM SYDNEY -
Easy 80 min train trip
- Go to the Country platform area of Central Station

Obtain an opal card from the Transport Information Centre and add to it $11.90 for the return off peak return fare to Faulconbridge. Note on Sunday total opal fare is just $2.60pp.

Take the Blue Mountains train. Mid week departing 9.18 am (arrive by 10.44am) and Weekends and Public Holidays 9.24am (arrive 10.48)
and get off at Faulconbridge Station. If by the very rare chance track work is on please take the Bus that is shown to you and we will wait the extra time for you to arrive.
FROM KATOOMBA - Easy 30 min train trip
- Add $6.90 to your Opal Card for return off peak fare to Faulconbridge StationNeed total of $6.95pp credit on opal card if continuing to Sydney after your tour.
- Take 10.14 am Sydney train (arrive 10.49 am) Mon to Frid but the 9.38am train on weekends or Public Holidays (arrive 10.14am) and get off at Faulconbridge Station
BY CAR
Turn off Great Western Highway opposite Faulconbridge Station into Railway Ave for free parking area. Walk across pedestrian bridge to Station.

3.5 km (2 miles) medium grade & gradient bushwalking (mild adventure)
Nature (bushwalking a rainforest gully with a gradual down & up of 120m)
A few slippery bits, some rock negotiating & >1 hr for emergency service
No refund or bad weather cancellation (cave fire on rare; cold or wet day)

This tour is available everyday all year round!
To ensure you the highest quality experience normal tour size is limited to just 10 people per day.
